Olympic Lifting Class

1. 5 x 5 Romanian Deadlift (climbing)
* Working up to a moderate set. Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.

2. On the 2:00 x 6: Pausing Front Squat + Front Squat (climbing)
* Working up to a heavy double with a 3 second pause in the bottom position (first rep only).

3. Every 2:00 x 6: 2 Clean & Jerk (climbing)
* Power clean or squat clean…push jerk of split jerk. Working to a heavy double (NOT touch-and-go).
