OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASS
1. On the 2:00 x 6: 2 Pause Overhead Squats (climbing)
* Working up to a moderately heavy set with a 3 second pause in the bottom position.
2. On the 2:00 x 6: 3-Position Squat Snatch (high hang/low hang/floor)
* Use this as technique focus…working up to a moderate set.
3. Every 2:00 x 6: Power Snatch + Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Working up to a heavy set.
