Tabata = 20 sec work : 10 sec rest x 8 Rounds

* Complete all 8 rounds on right side before switching to left.

 

 

OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASS

1. 6 x 2 Tempo Back Squat (climbing)
* 4 second tempo on the way down. Rest 2 minutes between sets. Working to a heavy set.

2. On the 2:00 x 6: 2 Pausing Push Press (climbing)
* Pause for 3 seconds in overhead position for both reps. Working to a heavy set.

3. On the 2:00 x 6: Power Clean + Squat Clean (climbing)
* Complete as singles (not touch-and-go reps). Working up to a heavy set.
