On the 10:00 – 100 Burpees
On the 20:00 – 1 Mile Run (100/75 Calorie Bike/Row)
* Each block of work is completed within a 10 minute window. Whatever time remains in the 10 minutes is rest.

SATURDAY OLYMPIC LIFTING
1. Heavy Triple Overhead Squat
* 15 minutes to work up to a heavy set of 3 reps.
2. Heavy Double Power Snatch
* 15 minutes to work up to a heavy set of 2 reps. Complete as singles…not touch-and-go.
3. Heavy Single Squat Snatch
* 15 minutes to work up to a heavy single.
