* Runs are completed together…reps can be split up as needed between partners. In the event of rain we will be completing a 1200/1000m row instead. There is a 25 minute time cap on this WOD. Post time or total reps complete to the whiteboard.

 

Olympic Lifting Class

1. Every 2min x 6: 3-3-2-2-1-1 Push Press (climbing)
* Work to a heavy single.

2. Every 90sec x 7: 2 Hang Power Cleans + 2 Front Squats (climbing)
* Start light and work to a moderate set.

3. Every 2min x 6: 3-3-2-2-1-1 Squat Clean (climbing)
* Work to a heavy single.
