1 Minute Hang Power Snatch (75/55#)
1 Minute Bike Calories or Row

Olympic Lifting Class

1. Alternating on the 2:00 x 6:
Set 1, 3, 5: 3 Front Squats
Set 2, 4, 6: 6 Back Squats
* Across at a moderately heavy weight. Same loading for front squat and back squat.

2. On the 90 Seconds x 6:
1 Strict Press + 2 Push Press + 3 Push Jerk (Climbing)
* Work to a heavy set.

3. On the Minute x 10:
1 Clean &  Jerk (Across)
* At a challenging weight (~80-90% of 1 RM).
