25 min AMRAP:
12 Front Squats (95/65#)
9 Lateral Barbell Burpees
6 Pull-ups

Continuous 400 Meter Weighted Run

* One partner on the weighted run at all times, while the other two alternate full movements on the triplet inside. When one partner returns from the run, the next partner goes out. Post total rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.

 

Olympic Lifting Class

1. Every 2:00 x 6: 2 Pause Overhead Squats (climbing)
* 3 seconds pause in the bottom position.

2. Every 2:00 x 5: 3 Position Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Moderate weight only…focus on technique.

3. Every 90 sec x 6: 1 Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Work to a heavy single.
