70 KB Swings or Plate Ground to Overhead
100 Double Unders

* P1 works while P2 rests. Split work as needed.
* Post rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.

20 Russian KB Swings
15 Single Dumbbell Push Press
10 KB Suitcase Deadlift + Bent Over Row (Switch sides at 5 reps)
15 Cal Bike
