On a 20:00 running clock…
200 Double Unders
Then AMRAP in Remaining Time of:
10 Wall Ball (20/14#)
10 Burpees
10 Pull-Ups
* For double under buy in P1 works while P2 rests…split the 200 reps as needed.
* In the AMRAP, partners will alternate full movements.
* Post rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.

In teams of 2
20 Minute AMRAP
25 Air Squats
25 Plate Ground to Overhead
10 Burpees
*Alternate full movement with partner
*While one person completes movement the other holds a forearm plank.
*If the planker drops the other partner must stop working until the plank is resumed.
