25min for Quality:
5-10 Unbroken Handstand Push-ups
5 Tire Flips
Down/Back Prowler Push (2×45/2×25# plates)
10 One Arm DB Rows (each arm, climbing)

* This WOD is NOT for time…move through at a conversational pace. Focus on doing unbroken sets on the HSPUs. For the one arm rows, work up to a heavy set of 10 on each arm.
