Introducing The RISE Challenge…Fitness + Nutrition Elevated

ATTENTION INGUZ NATION…do you know someone who is completely new to fitness and doesn’t know where to start? Or maybe someone who is looking to change up their routine? The RISE Challenge combines our MOVE 45 group classes with individual nutrition coaching to help individuals regain control of your health and wellness. This 6 week program is designed specifically for people who are looking to make a change in their lives for the better.
