Class Divides Into 2 Groups…

3 Rounds:
4 minutes per station (24 minutes total)
Station 1: Row for Calories
Station 2: Max Rope Climbs

* Group 1 starts on the rower, group 2 starts on the rope climbs. Each group gets 1 rower/rope for every 3 athletes. Alternate through team mates for max calories/reps at each station. Class score is total calories and rope climbs (one score per class).
