As of Monday, March 16th at 8pm all gyms in CT, NJ and NY will be closing as mandated by the state governments.

That being said we want to continue to support you in your fitness however we can during this challenging time. We will continue to program, video, and post daily at home workouts that can be done with little or no equipment.

This is uncharted territory for all of us. The path forward is unclear at this point. But know that we aren’t going anywhere. We will continue to do whatever we can to help people move better, eat better, and live better.

Where there’s a will…there’s a way.
