Introducing The RISE Challenge…Fitness + Nutrition Elevated

ATTENTION INGUZ NATION…do you know someone who is looking to get started with fitness but doesn’t know where to start? Or maybe someone who is looking to change up their routine? The RISE Challenge is a new program at Inguz that combines our MOVE 45 group classes with individual nutrition coaching to help individuals regain control of their health and wellness. The 6 week program is designed specifically for people who are looking to make a change in their lives for the better.

“Bergeron Beep Test”

OPTION #1 (Rx):

15 Minute AMRAP:
7 Thrusters
7 Pull-ups
7 Burpees

* Post rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.

OR…

OPTION #2 (Rx+):

On the Minute For as Long as Possible:
7 Thrusters (75/55#)
7 Pull-ups
7 Burpees

* After 10 Rounds: Add (1) rep to each movement every round until failure. Post total successful rounds completed to the whiteboard.
