* Athletes have 40 minutes total to establish a heavy single or 1 rep max on both lifts. Snatch is full squat…clean can be power or squat, but jerk should be a split jerk. Post max weight for each lift separately to the whiteboard, and record for use in the upcoming programming cycle.
