15 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35#)
18/12 Calorie Row or 15/10 Calorie Assault Bike

* Rest the remainder of the 4 minutes. Post slowest round time to the whiteboard.

 

Olympic Lifting Class

1. 10min E2MOM: Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat (Climbing)
* Work to a heavy set (not a max effort).

2. Squat Clean (Heavy Single)
* 12 minutes to work up.

3. 8min EMOM: 2 Power Cleans + 1 Split Jerk (Across)
* Athletes choice on loading
