Nutrition Challenge starts Monday!!

 

Inguz Update: The 2018 Nutrition Challenge starts on Monday!! All you need to do is add your name to the poster board on the office whiteboard, and have your initial body composition measurements completed before Wednesday. Cost is $20 per person (cash only), and all the money goes into the prize pool for the winners!! Complete details on the challenge can be found HERE.

* Set 1 = Light, Set 2 = Moderate, Set 3 = Heavy

2.   Every 90 Seconds x 5:
Hang Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat (Climbing)

3.   Heavy Single Hang Squat Snatch
