Reebok CrossFit
Just wanted to let everyone know that we have opened a retail account with Reebok!! This will allow us to offer Reebok CrossFit apparel and shoes at a discount to our members. We will be submitting the first order on October 31st. For the first order we will be offering a 20% discount on all items. For all subsequent orders the discount will be 15%. Below is a summary of how the process is going to work. If you have any questions email Jessica Combs at jess@www.crossfitinguz.com.
- Order forms will be available in the office area at the box. There is also a Reebok binder showing all the available apparel, and the retail price of each item. The cost to you for this initial order will be 20% off the suggested retail price.
- If you would like to place an order, fill out an order form with your information (name, phone, email), and the quantity, description, size and item number of the apparel you want to purchase. Do not fill out the price, tax or total…we’ll take care of that part. You’ll also need to specify a method of payment on the form. We will be accepting credit card, cash or check (made out to CrossFit Inguz). If you have a credit card on file we can charge that card directly. If you don’t, and would like to pay with a card, you will also need to fill out a CrossFit Inguz billing sheet (the one we use for memberships).
- Leave your order form on the desk. We will calculate your order total including the discount and applicable tax (6.35%), and send you an email with the total and when the money is due (October 28th for this order). If you are paying with a credit card, your card will be charged two days before the order is submitted. If you are paying by cash or check you’re payment must be in before October 28th, otherwise your order will not be submitted.
A number of important things to note about the ordering process:
- Members have the ability to pre-order Reebok merchandise that has not yet been released. These items are marked with the release date in the Reebok binder so please look carefully to see if this applies to your order. Pre-ordered items will automatically ship once they are released. All other items that are currently available will arrive 7-10 days after the order is submitted.
- All sales are final. We will not be able to process exchanges or returns.
- You can use the Reebok website (http://shop.reebok.com/us/content/crossfit) as a reference for size charts and better pictures of the merchandise, however, not everything on the website is available to us thought the retail account (and vice versa). If you write in an order from the Reebok website that is not available to us, we will let you know before your order is submitted.
- Reebok is currently offering limited edition ‘Super Hero’ Nano 3.0 shoes. These shoes MUST be ordered by October 14th. We won’t be able to order them again after this date. So if you are interested in these shoes please submit your order right away. They will be released on April 1st and won’t be available in stores until May 1st. There is a page for these shoes in one of the Reebok binders.
We realize this is a lot of information to digest, but we wanted to get it out there so we can start putting together the order for OCTOBER 31st. As always if you have any questions please let us know.
