200 Meter Run
20 Single Arm Hang Dumbbell Snatches
200 Meter Run
20 Single Arm Dumbbell Deadlifts
200 Meter Run
20 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters

* On all dumbbell movements, alternate hands every 5 repetitions.




8 Minute AMRAP:
1 Push-up
15 Shoulder Taps
2 Push-ups
15 Shoulder Taps
…and so on…
(continue to add 1 push-up each round)
