20 Minute AMRAP:
10 Air Squats, 30 Double Unders, 200 Meter Run
20 Air Squats, 30 Double Unders, 200 Meter Run
30 Air Squats, 30 Double Unders, 200 Meter Run
40 Air Squats, 30 Double Unders, 200 Meter Run
50 Air Squats, 30 Double Unders, 200 Meter Run
…and so on…

200 Meter Run = 250 Meter Row or 12/9 Calorie Bike

* Continue to add (10) squats per round until time expires. Post total rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.

Movement 1: Flutter Kicks
Movement 2: Air Squats
Movement 3: Alt. Side Lunge
Movement 4: Toe Taps

Rest 1 Minute Between Each Movement
