2 Double DB Clean & Jerk (50’s/35’s)

3 Double DB Clean & Jerk (50’s/35’s)

“Cindy” = 5 Pull-ups (10 DB Rows) + 10 Push-ups + 15 Air Squats

* Continue to add 1 DB clean & jerk per round until time expires. Post rounds and reps completed to social media.
