10-20 Second Single Arm Dumbbell Row Static Hold (Top)
14 Single Legged Kettlebell Romanian Deadlifts (7 Each)
20-40 Second Supinated Grip Dead Hang (Palms Facing)
14 Single Arm Arnold Presses (7 Each)

 

SATURDAY OLYMPIC LIFTING WORK

1. Heavy Triple Overhead Squat
* 12-15 minute to work up to a heavy set of three reps.

2. Heavy Double Power Snatch
* 12-15 minute to work up to a heavy set of two reps. Reset on the floor between (no touch-and-go reps)

3. Heavy Single Squat Snatch
* 12-15 minute to work up to a heavy single.
