“Breakfast Bench”

For Load:
600/500 Meter Bike
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Bench Press (climbing)

* Working in groups of three, one person on the bike, one person on the bench, and one person resting/spotting. This workout is NOT for time…goal is to work up to a heavy single bench press.

 

ACCESSORY WORK (BEYOND THE 60) 

4 rounds: (Alternating Tabata)
20 Seconds of Plank Shoulder Taps
10 Second Rest
20 Seconds of a Hollow Hold
10 Second Rest
