It’s time for THE OPEN!!

 

Inguz Update: Now that the Throwdown is over is time to start thinking about signing up for THE OPEN. Registration is live now and can be completed by following the steps below…

1. Go to https://games.crossfit.com and click SIGN UP.
2. If you’ve participated in previous years login with your username and password. If you are new to the OPEN create an account.
3. During registration specify CrossFit Inguz as your affiliate and choose Team Inguz as your team.
4. That’s it!! The first workout is released on February 22nd. More details on that to follow…
