Devine Hero WOD

 

Inguz Update: On Thursday, July 4th we will be hosting our annual “Devine” Hero WOD. There will be one heat at 7am, and then additional heats every 30 minutes from 9am to 11am. Please sign-up for a heat assignment on the office whiteboard at the gym. Stick around afterwards for food and drinks. We also have some great raffle prizes to give away, the proceeds from which will all go to the CrossFit Inguz Scholarship Fund. As always…family and friends are welcome.

9 Box Jump Overs (30″/24″)
15 Dumbbell Front Squats (50’s/35’s)
15/12 Calorie Assault Bike
