Inguz Update: Heat assignments for the Inguz Nation Throwdown are available now (link below). Please review your assigned heat times to ensure we have a smooth running event on Saturday. There will be a mandatory athlete briefing at 8:30am to review workout standards and logistics. If you have any questions prior to the event please let us know.
