* Use this as warm-up/prep for today’s WOD. No additional warm-up sets are needed prior to the working sets. The first set should be very light. Shoot to hit your WOD weight at the set of 6. The final set should NOT to be a 2 RM or even a heavy double.

* The walking lunge will be done outside in the parking lot as a 50ft length x 3. Post rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.
