5×3 Overhead Squat (Climbing)

* Start at a moderate weight and work up to a heavy triple. Perform 1-2 warm-up sets prior to the working sets.

‘Nasty Girls’

3 Rounds for Time:
50 Air Squats
7 Ring Muscle-ups
10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95#)

* Scale ring muscle-ups 1:1 with bar muscle-ups or 2:1 with C2B/butterfly/kipping pull-ups. In order to do C2B in this WOD you should be able to do a minimum of 7 reps unbroken, otherwise scale with regular kipping or butterfly pull-ups. There is a 15 minute time cap on this WOD…scale accordingly. Compare to 08.26.16.
