“Lactaid”

20 Minute AMRAP:
10 Air Squats, 30 Double Unders, 200m Run
20 Air Squats, 30 Double Unders, 200m Run
30 Air Squats, 30 Double Unders, 200m Run
40 Air Squats, 30 Double Unders, 200m Run
50 Air Squats, 30 Double Unders, 200m Run
…and so on…

* Continue adding 10 air squats each round until time. Substitute a 250m row or 12/9 calories on the bike if needed.

 

 

BODY ARMOR

3 Rounds:
7 Bottom Range Weighted Squats
7 Top Range Weighted Squats
7 Full Range Weighted Squats

* Rest 1:30 between rounds.

 

 

SATURDAY OLYMPIC LIFTING

1. 5 x 5 Back Squat (climbing)
* Perform 2-3 warm-up sets prior to working sets. Work up to a heavy set of 5 reps.

2. Every 2:00 x 7 Sets:
Push Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk (climbing)
* Start light and work to a heavy set.

3. On the 1:00 x 8: 1 Squat Clean (across at 80-90%)
* Choose a challenging weight but NOT a max effort.
