30 Banded Good Mornings

SATURDAY OLYMPIC LIFTING

1. 5 x 5 Overhead Squat (climbing)
* Perform 2-3 warm-up sets prior to working sets. Work up to a heavy set of 5 reps.

2. Every 90 Seconds x 6: 3-Position Power Snatch (high hang/low hang/floor)
* Climbing to a moderate set. Focus on speed under the bar.

3. Every 2:00 x 6: 2 Pausing Squat Snatches (climbing)
* Pause for 3 seconds in receiving position at the bottom of the squat. Perform the 2 reps as singles (i.e. not touch-and-go). Work to a heavy set.
