5 Lateral Raise + Front Raise + Press

SATURDAY OLYMPIC LIFTING WORK

1. 5×5 Back Squat (climbing)
* 12-15 minutes to work to a heavy set of 5 reps. Perform 1-2 warm-up sets prior to working sets.

2. Every 2:00 x 6: 3 Position Squat Clean (climbing)
* Primary focus is technique. Work up to a moderately heavy set, but not a max effort.

3. Every 90sec x 7: Power Clean + Split Jerk (climbing)
* Working to a heavy set.
