1. Every 2:00 x 6: Snatch Balance + Pause Overhead Squat + Overhead Squat (climbing)
* Working to a heavy set. Pause for 3 seconds in bottom position on first overhead squat rep.

2. On The Minute x 10: 1 Power Snatch (climbing)
* Start light and work to a heavy set.

3. On The Minute x 10: 1 Hang Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Start light and work to a heavy set.
