15 Banded Tricep Extensions
30 Second Side Plank (each side)
15 Band Pull Aparts

18 Minute EMOM:
Minute 1: 15-20 Squat Jumps
Minute 2: 20 Sit-Ups
Minute 3: 40 Superman Hold

*Complete the reps at the top of the minute. You should have about 20 seconds of rest before the next minute of work.
