-Light-Moderate for 1st wave and build to Moderate in the 2nd wave.
-The second wave of 10-8-6 should be heavier than the first.

15 Minute EMOM:
MIN 1&2 – AMRAP:
3 Hang Power Snatches
7 Up-Downs Over Bar
21 Double Unders
MIN 3 – Rest

* Pick up on the AMRAP where you left off. For the hang power snatches, athletes should choose a weight that is moderate to moderate/heavy. Reps should be performed unbroken. Post rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.

10 Tuck Ups
10 Walking Lunges

*Rest 2 minutes in between each set.
