– If able, complete the HSPU unbroken.
– Rest as needed between rounds.

40 Double Unders
8/8 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press (50/35#)
10 Handstand Push-Ups
20 Air Squats
4/4 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press
4 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

– Rest 3:00 between rounds. Restart from the beginning on second AMRAP.

* Post rounds and reps for each AMRAP to the whiteboard.
